Ordered Navy blue and was sent black…again.

For the third time, I ordered two (2) Navy blue short sleeved T-shirts and I received black. I was told that I had to send the shirts back and re-order. I do not understand how this mistake keeps happening. I am not going to go through the hassle of sending shirts back and then receiving more black T-shirts again.
