Excellent Product

I ordered this mug for my dad. He loves it! I needed to replace a similar one I broke. I love the design, the Army seal(crest) and the fact that it's made in the USA, dishwasher & microwave safe & large size! I deducted one star due to a shipping mix-up which sent me the wrong item. Customer service was prompt and professional & I was able to return wrong item. The correct item was shipped right away. Overall, a great purchase!
