Too small after washing

I purchased this Coast Guard Veteran t-shirt for my husband. After I washed it, the first time, it shrank up so badly that he can’t wear it. I thought it was “pre-shrunk”. Now I have a t-shirt that I can’t wear(I’m not a veteran) and I don’t want to just give to Goodwill.

What a waste of money!

Only wear 100% cotton and this fits the bill! Soft and pre-shrunk so the fit is good!
