I have ordered many T shorts

I have ordered many T shorts , polo shirts, & a hoodie from Navy Gear. The original hoodie I ordered size L fit but snugly. So this time I ordered an XL. Fit nicely, but too long. I am 5’8” in height.
I was wondering how to eXchange it for a large instead. What is the procedure for doing this?

Its excellent quality

The most comfortable hoodie I have ever owned. You should probably size up or down. I bought a size large and I’m 5’8” 180 and it fits me a little big so a medium would have probably fit better, but is still comfortable.

Well made, comfortable and very warm. Ordered a small and it fits overall, but the length is longer that a typical zip hoodie.

Nice appearance but too big

Very attractive and well made garment, however, even though I ordered a SMALL, the length of the jacket was to mid thigh. I would have returned it, but did not want to go through the hassle. So, if you are 67" tall or less you may be disappointed with how long this garment reaches on your thighs.
